It would appear there is a limit as to how many images I can put in a single blog post. Who knew! To see the first 16 tips go to blog part 1
If you missed tips 1-17, you can find them here
Practise Self Compassion

Time for some self-compassion. How will you be a little kinder to yourself today?
What would you say to a best friend or loved one if they were being self critical?
Reflect on your achievements

Do you get so caught up in all the Christmas prep that you forget to acknowledge just how much you have achieved already and there is still a week to go?
If you are not feeling it and finding self praise difficult, remember that every small step is a massive achievement. I got out of bed today, I washed my hair, I took a shower, I wrote out my shopping list, I went for a short walk. These are all achievements too!
How will you celebrate your achievements today?
Nature Time

Time for a change of scenery?
It's raining where I am here in the UK but once it has stopped for a moment I shall be outside catching a breath of fresh air and soaking up the nature around me. Such a therapeutic and refreshing thing to be able to do. Even if it is only stepping outside and listening to the birds, looking at what is still green.
What is your favourite tipple?

What's your favourite tipple?
Bit boring maybe but I now carry a bottle of water around with me everywhere.
I don't get on with alcohol anymore, so I may be skipping my usual Christmas options of hot choc with baileys, bucks fizz, mulled wine and or port over the next 2 weeks. We will see. I think the memories triggered by smelling them is the bet bit for me. It's like me loving the smell of fresh coffee but never drinking it myself.
Maybe I can make up some non alcoholic alternatives so I can still enjoy the smell.
Good recipes for non alcoholic festive drinks anyone?
Socialising

How's your social calendar looking so far? Have you got the balance about right for you?
Social Connection is so important but so is self connection. To know the difference between wanting to meet with friends and family, feeling loved and lifted and feeling obligated to attend certain events and feeling drained by them.
As an Introvert myself my connections are fewer but deeper and meaningful. While my husband has more connections and enjoys larger group gatherings than I do. We find a healthy balance that suites us both. Each of us not attending everything on offer, to give us the gift and grace of being more present at the events that we do make it to.
Enjoy company rather than endure it! Who can you call that would love to hear from you as well as giving yourself a boost of hearing there voice. Connection doesn't always have to be in person to still be nurturing.
Delegate!

Do you find yourself saying 'Don' t worry, I've got this!' once too often at this time of year?
Do you have to be the one that does it all? Maybe it's a control thing or you like things done just the way you like them.
Why not try delegating out some of your tasks today. If you find that hard, start small and build up to letting go of some of the larger stuff.
How about someone else washes up for you today? Would it kill them to put on a load of washing or empty the bins. How about someone else making YOU a cup of tea?
Give it a go, let go and accept any Help that is on offer without feeling guilty about it.
YOU deserve it!
Favourite Games?

What's your favourite Christmas Game to play? How can you challenge yourself in a good, fun way?
Reflexology

Obviously Reflexology needs to be in this list. Enjoy! If not with your reflexologist for a few days, don't forget all those self care rituals you can self apply in between your appointments.
What is your cup of tea?

To sum things up, not everything will be your own personal cup of tea. Not everything in this list will be for you but if it helps you to pick just one thing that improves your wellbeing today, then writing this up was worth it.
Which of the 24 care tips will you pick today? Kind wishes
