Calm can be found through creativity. Join me for a Calm Colouring online workshop or simply choose one of the 25 A4 colouring sheets included in this e-book. Pick your favourite page, print it out ready so that you have it on hand for when the mood takes you. Take a break from social media, TV and chores. Get colouring to switch off and unwind with my compliments.
