Throughout this self-help programme, you will be guided through all the actions you will need to improve the quality of your sleep, when you sleep and for how long. Relax back and enjoy making positive changes to your sleep habits, wake at the time you wish to and get a solid night sleep. Please note that this is not a substitute for conventional medical advice and I highly recommend consulting with your GP or health provider for additional support if needed.  If you suspect that you may have a sleep disorder of any kind then please get it checked out.  Lack of sleep can be a symptom of other medical issues that should be looked into and addressed if there is an underlying route cause for your poor sleep.
