Service Description

1 hours treatment to include any combination of my options. This treatment is tailored for you, to include all your favourite bits of my services. Great value! You may choose from any Foot Treatment option including Mindful Reflexology, Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage, Aromareflex or Targetted Reflexology to help you improve your sleep, uplift your mood, improve relaxation, ease tension or reduce the perception of pain. All combined to improve your sense of overall wellbeing. If you wish to have combination of Zone Face Life, Facial, Accupressure or combined Facial and Foot Luxury session, please book a 90min appointment timeslot. Please also book in a separate zoom consultation call, at a time to suit you, that is before your chosen appointment date if you have not done so already. As a new safety measure, it is advised to keep all appointment contact times below 90 minutes. To ensure that this happens without you feeling rushed, I have decided to do all consultations remotely, ahead of your treatment timeslot, either on the phone or via zoom. This is in order to keep our in-person appointment contact time down to a minimum, without having to compromise on the length of your actual treatment time. Your fee is for 2 hours of my time. 30 mins via zoom, 1 hour in-person treatment time, 15 minutes aftercare/self care support via email or phone and a follow-up. It is very important to me, to still be able to give you the time, space and opportunity to talk, discuss your needs and agree a bespoke treatment plan that works for you for a full 30 mins in advance if you wish to. The aim is to leave you feeling unhurried and more relaxed on the day for your actual treatment appointment. Your in-person appointment will be used for your treatment only and to sign the forms we have already discussed during our consultation. The aftercare advice will be followed up with you either just outside your home at a suitable safe distance or on a follow-up eMail or call afterwards if there is nowhere private or comfortable enough outside to discuss it there and then.
